Статья посвящена обзору современной ситуации и проблемам, связанным с сохранностью персональных данных в цифровой среде в период карантинных ограничений. Развернувшаяся по всему миру пандемия COVID-19, на протяжении 2 лет трансформирует общество и его приоритеты. Данный актор социально-экономического развития провоцирует уходить в цифровую среду многие сферы услуг, стимулирует совершать онлайн-операции, что часто приводит к росту уязвимостей цифровых сервисов и утечке персональных данных. Мировая статистика доказывает, что скачок роста киберпреступлений в период пандемии был беспрецедентным по всему миру. Службы кибербезопасности сайтов и сервисов не всегда работают на опережение и часто сталкиваются уже с последствиями кибератак хакеров. По этой причине в статье проведен анализ наиболее ярких кибератак на иностранные и российские сайты, а также предложен перечень рекомендаций по соблюдения правил кибергигиены в цифровой среде.
The article is devoted to an overview of the current situation and problems related to the safety of personal data in the digital environment during quarantine restrictions. The COVID-19 pandemic that has unfolded around the world has been transforming society and its priorities for 2 years. This actor of socio-economic development provokes many service sectors to go into the digital environment, encourages online transactions, which often leads to an increase in vulnerabilities of digital services and leakage of personal data. World statistics prove that the surge in the growth of cybercrime during the pandemic was unprecedented around the world. Cybersecurity services of websites and services do not always work ahead of the curve and often face the consequences of cyber attacks by hackers. For this reason, the article analyzes the most striking cyberattacks on foreign and Russian websites, and also offers a list of recommendations on compliance with the rules of cyber hygiene in the digital environment.
